All data, including vehicle specifications, recalls, and calculator estimates, are provided "as is" without warranties. CarCheckTools is not liable for financial losses, purchase decisions, or discrepancies in the data provided by NHTSA or other partners.

3. Intellectual Property

The branding, design, and bespoke code of CarCheckTools are our intellectual property. Manufacturer names and logos belong to their respective trademark holders and are used nominatively.

4. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws applicable in our operating jurisdiction, without regard to conflict of law principles.
